No! Hikers and snowmobilers are welcomed on marked trails as usual. Winter sledding, summer berry-picking, nighttime stargazing, and seasonal hunting will all be allowed.

Access to the Haystack Mountain hiking trail is via the Vena Robert's Ballfield parking area behind the Walker Health Center in Liberty: https://goo.gl/maps/6YFqUeP1s6tyXj1X8 The trailhead starts behind home plate! The entire hike takes about 1 hour.
